Gardner has been the general contractor on several City of Kansas City Missouri contracts including most recently the 711 Mexico City Avenue Improvements and the Terminal C AA Baggage EDS. Other work at the KCI Airport has included the TSA expansion project for United Airlines and the terminal hold gate expansion for Southwest Airlines. Not limited to just the KCI Airport, Gardner has recently provided office renovations for Tri County Mental Health Services and Comprehensive Mental Health Services, Inc.
